If it turns out that an item does not meet your expectations, then we will be happy to exchange it or refund it within 15 days of receiving the package. Simply return your merchandise to us with the carrier of your choice within 5 days of receiving your return or exchange authorization. Be careful, before sticking the return label on the package, you must make sure to remove the other labels on the package to avoid any confusion. Please note that you are responsible for the colors chosen, logos, name and photos sent. The quality of the documents will influence the print quality. No refunds will be made if this information is incorrect or if the quality of the documents is insufficient. Return and exchange conditions We return the items in the same condition as when they were delivered. Otherwise, we reserve the right to suspend your refund Any item must also be returned with all tags still attached and with all accompanying accessories. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded. For exchanges you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods and we will send you the goods in exchange free of charge.
